23-Lender Syndicate Funds AI-Ready Infrastructure Pipeline, Including 500MW+ Houston Campus
LOS ANGELES – January 29, 2026 – Serverfarm, a leading developer of large-scale, high-performance data center infrastructure, announced that it closed a $3.0 billion credit facility in December 2025, to fund the development and construction of multiple hyperscale campus projects across strategic North American markets.
The facility, supported by a syndicate of 23 institutional lenders, provides capital for Serverfarm to rapidly deliver AI-ready infrastructure for cloud providers and AI innovators requiring massive-scale deployments.
