Today, we announce that our CEO, Avner Papouchado, will speak at Datacloud Europe, taking place June 12-14, in Monaco. Joining other C-suite executives from across the international data center and cloud sectors, Mr. Papouchado will participate in the “Data Center Global Leadership Panel” to discuss the infrastructure trends and emerging technologies that will influence future European market strategies. He will also speak on the panel, “Investment and M&A Pt. 1 – Deals and Drivers in IT Infrastructure,” which will examine recent M&A activity in the data center industry, portfolio development and business models, as well as the future of independent and small data centers in an increasingly consolidated market.
We recently entered the European market with the acquisition of the UK-based LON1 data center, which provides a strategic asset to our growing colocation portfolio. Mr. Papouchado, who has been the guiding force behind Serverfarm since our inception, is also Red Sea Group’s North American CEO and an active member of the executive management team responsible for the company’s worldwide investment strategy.
