LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – September 15, 2026 – Serverfarm, a leading developer of large-scale, high-performance data center infrastructure, closed an $895 million increase to its existing revolving credit facility last month, bringing total commitments to $3.895 billion. The expanded facility will support the development and construction of multiple data center projects across strategic North American markets.

The facility, supported by a syndicate of 22 banks and one institutional lender, provides capital for Serverfarm to continue delivering large-scale infrastructure for cloud providers, technology companies and digital innovators requiring large-scale deployments.

Fueling Continued Campus Expansion

The credit facility will fund continued development and construction of:

  • Houston Campus: Development across multiple data centers (HTX1, CTX1, and CTX2) in Houston’s energy corridor, with access to low-cost power
  • Clarksville Campus: New greenfield data center developments (ARK1 and ARK2) expanding Serverfarm’s footprint into Arkansas
  • Atlanta Campus: Retrofit and conversion of an existing facility into a hyperscale data center (ATL2), delivering accelerated large-scale capacity by reusing the original structure.
  • TD Securities serves as administrative agent for the credit facility.

Disciplined Growth, Built on Sustainability

“This $3.895 billion credit facility strengthens the capital foundation behind our development pipeline across North America at a time when speed, reliability, and execution matter most to our customers,” said Avner Papouchado, CEO of Serverfarm. “Having readily available capital enhances our ability to deliver the infrastructure our customers need while continuing to scale responsibly across our key markets.”

Serverfarm’s approach to growth remains grounded in a community-first development philosophy that emphasizes thoughtful design, lower visual impact, and responsible power procurement. Across its portfolio, the company prioritizes efficient and sustainable infrastructure, including the deployment of closed-loop cooling systems that minimize water consumption while supporting the thermal demands of high-density computing workloads without straining local water resources.

“We appreciate the continued support from the lender community and value the strong relationships Serverfarm has built with its financing partners,” said Recep Kendircioglu, Global Head of Infrastructure, Manulife Investment Management. “This credit facility expansion reflects confidence in the Serverfarm platform, its management team, and its ability to execute on a robust development pipeline across North America.”
